Appraisers and NAS

As the eyes and ears of the mortgage industry, Nationwide Appraisal Services' (NAS) appraisers are the premier source of information with respect to a property's location, condition and ultimately, marketability.At NAS, we believe our success is defined by the quality of our appraiser network.

NAS provides the largest and most extensive network of appraisers across Canada in both official languages.Clients of NAS can direct appraisal assignments through their approved appraiser list, or one provided by NAS.

NAS verifies semi-annually that all appraisers in its network are members in good standing and hold appropriate errors and omissions insurance through their respective organizations.
